Emotions are a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from ones circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
We can let our emotions rule our lives like so many people do, or we can become aware of our emotions.
Understanding that we must protect our emotional health and be the leaders of our emotions is one of the most important lessons in life to keep our hearts protected.

When we let our emotions guide us through the day we may find ourselves being led to outcomes beyond our comfort zone, or control both good and bad.
Of course we would rather the good, if we let our emotions lead when we are living with bliss its great. When we are living with so much emotional joy its hard to be brought down by anything around us which is a great feeling, but…
As much as I encourage happiness and living with a joyful heart and the most happiness possible it is also so important that we are aware that our emotions can be in charge.
Many times the circumstances, mood or relationship with others can be that of negativity and this we do not want to lead our days.
When we know the difference in our lives and understand this aspect of life and that our emotional health is something to be aware of and considered throughout the days we can be a little bit more involved in where we are lead in life.
Surround yourself with people that lift you up!
Do the things that give you an emotionally good charge!
Do not let others lead your day, this is your day!
