Pay attention

Be aware of your own mental health as well as those around you. So many people suffer from mental health disorders for way too long before "getting help"... if they’re lucky.


Especially in the year of 2021 after COVID and the effects its had on everyone’s lifestyle. Mental health is more common and has been ignited by the drastic lifestyle changes we have all had to endure, such as with social distancing and fear of each others germs, it has gotten to be an isolating world.

If you feel that you need to talk to someone about it and you know it is a problem then please seek help. I believe in the medical system whether it be holisic medicine or other. There are so many ways to help, so follow through and be your own advocate for your mental health or for someone you know and love.

As much as I believe in getting the proper medical help here on earth, and maybe it’s as simple as having a health/life coach for some, but I must share that being open to G
