Positivity Has It’s Benefits

In life we have worry and trauma and drama...but if we choose to respond a certain way to everything then I believe life gets easier.


We have the diagnosis's of the forever developing human body. With age and lifestyle our bodies experience it's own unique ability to function as we grow older daily.


With positivity we can guide our functions in one way or another. If we choose the opposite and get down and negative unfortunately our body will respond to that, which is where most end up due to the strength of their weaknesses. So even if you find it hard to be positive most of the time, if you can begin with one aspect of life, like with your health, you may save your own life. Once that happens you will feel inspired to adopt that "wifestyle"aka lifestyle to bring a more positive attitude towards everything.


"Words kill, or words give life; they're either poison or fruit- you choose." Proverbs 18:21


We have so much more control over our lives and destiny than we allow ourselves to acknowledge. Its a true matter of happiness or defeat. I know it is extremely hard sometimes but we can achieve happiness with how we think, what we believe, and what we say quietly and out loud. I totally understand that it sounds like one of those easier said than done kinda comments, but it is true. I also have those days where I don't even want to think kindly in my heads...about myselves or partner or life in general...when I do feel this way I keep it simple and give it to God!


I ask God to step in and help me to feel good. Thats it! It may work or I may need to go to bed and wake up to a brand new day of feeling hopeful. Its ok... I am human just like you and we all have bad days. I pray that God shines through my soul and helps me to move passed the feelings of hopelessness and keeps me happy. I also force a smile!!! It does feel weird but who cares...my health is dependent on my feelings. Negativity can also make the body ill, so let's stay strong in knowing positivity is a matter of staying healthy, strong and powerful.


Pray for positivity because of the health benefits: increase lifespan, lower rates of depression, greater resistance to illness, better physical and psychological well being, better cardiovascular health, among other things.

Smile and pray for help because being positive and happy is so much of a better way to live!


Tips to get those positive feels: Prayer, force a smile, go for a walk, exercise, write, read, watch a funny movie, play with your pet, think about good times, make a plan for another good time, cook, the list can go on and on. Just do something to change your state of mind. set goals, be childlike and get positive because remember it has its benefits!
